Shipping Policy
Where We Ship Creative Addictions ships within New Zealand and internationally. All orders are dispatched from our North Waikato studio.
Processing Times Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Personalised and custom orders may require additional time - we'll be in touch firstly with a draft and let you know if there's any delay.
Rushed Production If you choose rushed production at checkout this moves your order to the top of the queue and we will aim to process your order within 1-2 days. You will need to approve any drafts promptly to avoid any extra delays. Shipping will be booked as Express Delivery. This option will speed up production and dispatch however shipping cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date as this is out of our control. We will do our best to ensure the most prompt delivery.
Delivery Times
- New Zealand: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Australia: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- International: 10–20 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Where available, tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at artbyashleighnz@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the courier.
